We’ll first meet at McDonalds Minchinbury at 7.30am and leave at 8:00am sharp for the second meeting point at the Ampol Foodary Twin Service Centre at Pheasants Nest.

From there we’ll travel to the lookout at Fitzroy Falls, foillowed by lunch at the Friendly Inn Hotel, 159 Moss Vale Road Kangaroo Valley.

Bookings are essential as we need to provide numbers for lunch reservations.

There is no event cost, parking and lunch to be paid by members on the day.

Run to Fitzroy Falls

Sunday 12th July 2026

We’ll be meeting at McDonalds Minchinbury at 7.30am and leaving at 8:00am sharp for a rest stop and second meeting point at the Ampol Foodary Twin Service Centre Southbound on the Hume Highway, Pheasants Nest arriving around 8:45am.

After a break, we’ll leave at 9:15am and arrive at Fitzroy Falls around 10:15am. Please note that there will be a $4.00 parking fee at Fitzroy Falls

After that we’ll depart at 11:45am for lunch at the Friendly Inn Hotel, 159 Moss Vale Road Kangaroo Valley.

Lunch tables will be booked for 12:15pm . Lunch is at your own choice and cost.

Members are encouraged to bring a hand held UHF Radio to keep in contact with the convoy. Channel 18.

Convoy etiquette: Headlights or daytime lights on, keep up within 2-3 seconds of car in front (no long gaps) and no overtaking the run leader.

Only Members and guests that have booked and paid for this run may attend. 

COVID-19 Safety: You must not attend if you are showing any signs of cold or flu symptoms
