Vale Philip Walsh 1961 - 2010 Philip passed away on Sunday night, 23rd May after having spent the day with his wife and HSV Club mates at the Marulan Driver Training Centre. The members of the HSV Owners Club of NSW extend our deepest sympathy to his wife, Jackie, and to his children Shannon and Jessica for their loss. Philip's funeral service was held at the Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Baulkham Hills on Monday 31st May. To show our respect for Philip's passion for the HSV Club and his GTS, a procession of HSV's formed an eyecatching motorcade to his service. We are glad to have be able to share in some great times with Philip.

$500.00 donated to Nepean Hospital
Neo Natal Parent Support Group
At the May General Meeting a cheque for $500.00 was presented to Matthew Hall
who represented the Parent Support Group for the Nepean Hospital Neo Natal Unit.
This money was raised at the HSV vs Ford GT Showdown held at Penrith Panthers
last year and was donated by both the HSV and Ford GT Owners Clubs of NSW.

Revised CAMS Apparel Rules for 2010
Essentially there is little change to current requirements for Supersprinting except for the requirement for shoes with full leather uppers. This does not necessarily mean a motor sport standard boot, and most people would have appropriate shoes already. Apparel complying with the 2009 requirements can continue to be used in 2010 and it is only in 2011 that the new Schedule D will come into full effect. Read the CAMS Newsletter.
