Kids Christmas Party 2011

Date: Sunday the 6th of November

 
Time: Meet at 7.30 am at McDonalds, M4 Eastern Creek. We will leave approx 8:00am so you have as much time as as possible at the park. We will travel up the M7 to make it easier for all to stay of together. We will meet again at the Picton Rd turn off about 9am, and then on to Jamberoo by around 10am. The park opens at 10am and closes at 5 pm.

Venue: Kids Christmas Run to Jamberoo Park.

Cost: Adults $30 and Kids $30 each. Flat Rate for everyone.

Food: BYO or there is a cafe on site.

Santa Gift: Up to $20-25 which the HSV car club will be paying for this for each child
under the age of 12 years old. If your child is older you may buy a gift for them to be given to them by Santa on the day. Also, if you like you can bring a gift for any grandchildren too, but club will not be buying presents for grandchildren.

Confirmation Date: It is very important that Entry Forms are received by 31st of October 2011. That way Santa’s helper has time to go shopping for the kids gifts. Please let us know on your Entry Form what gift your child would like from Santa up to $25 in value.
