You pay the standard membership subscription only
- the Gift Certificate costs no more!

Easy Steps:

1. Simply download an application for a Membership Gift Certificate by clicking on the following link: Download a Membership Gift Certificate Application Form  All instructions are on the Application Form.

2. Next, send the completed application to the Membership Secretary with payment included.

3. The Membership Secretary will mail you the Gift Certificate shortly thereafter.

Gift Certificate for Membership Renewals:

If you are a current member and receive a Membership Gift Certificate, it is confirmation that your 2011 membership has been renewed. You will receive your membership confirmation & card in the mail. You don't have to do anything but enjoy the benefits of club membership for the coming year!

Gift Certificate for New Membership Applications:

If you are planning to give a Membership Gift Certificate to a person who is not a current HSVOC member, the Gift Certificate will include an application form for the recipient to complete and return to the Club so that the eligibility of the recipient's vehicle can be assessed for the appropriate membership level.
